Patients requiring surgery are usually treated in a hospital setting and most of our cases are performed in a hospital ambulatory surgery center where the patient is discharged the same day as the surgery. More complex cases may require same day admission and a short hospital stay.
By performing all surgical cases in a hospital setting both the patient and Dr. Cassell are assured of the full range of medical services at hand including radiology, pathology, anesthesia, and social services.
Since every case is different, Dr. Cassell will discuss your treatment in detail and strive to get you home and back to a normal level of activity as quickly as possible.
